Prime Condos is a new condo development by CentreCourt Developments currently in pre-construction at 319 Jarvis Street, Toronto, ON M5B 2C2. Prime Condo Residences has a total of 595-units in a 46-storey tower in downtown Toronto’s Garden District neighbourhood. Prime is located at the major intersection of Jarvis St and Gerrard St E for an estimated occupancy date in 2021. Designed by Page + Steele/IBI Group Architects, Prime will have a mixture of studios, 1-bed, 2-bed & 3-bed units.
